logo-fdaWe are FDA-registered and follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). We comply with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 21), specifically Parts 210, 211 and 820. These are addressed to cover over-the-counter drugs and medical devices, both of which are packaged in our facility.
logo-deaNew-Tech is also registered with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). This, combined with our FDA registration, ensures that our plant security, controls, pest control, line and quality process, etc., meet the highest standards as established by the Federal Government.

When New-Tech begins a job, the customer first approves a custom packaging plan made specifically for their order. We ensure the correct materials and components are on our production lines before manufacturing.

As New-Tech is producing a job, we do line checks every 30 minutes. We also do pre-, mid-, and post-production audit, meaning that at those intervals we thoroughly check every product and send samples to the customers. Every aspect of the line is reconciled at the end of a job. The work by our quality department ensures we make each product exactly to the customer’s specification every time.
